How we handle your information

We collect the information you choose to give us through our contact and newsletter forms — typically your name, business email, company name and the details of your enquiry. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type, device type and pages visited.

During a client engagement we may process configuration data, telemetry and architecture documentation belonging to your organization. That processing is governed by the engagement agreement and any data processing addendum signed alongside it, not by this policy alone.

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to you, scope potential work and maintain a record of our correspondence. Newsletter data is used to send occasional engineering write-ups, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Technical data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to diagnose site problems. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

We rely on legitimate interest for responding to business enquiries, consent for marketing email, and contractual necessity for information processed during an engagement.

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after our last contact. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe. Client engagement data is retained for the period stated in the engagement agreement and then deleted or returned.

We share information only with subprocessors that support our operations — hosting, email delivery and error monitoring — each bound by confidentiality obligations. We disclose information to authorities only where legally required.

We do not transfer client production data outside the regions agreed in the engagement without written approval.

We apply the same controls we implement for clients: least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, centralized audit logging and mandatory multi-factor authentication for every internal system.

If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you without undue delay and describe the scope, impact and remediation steps.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to marketing at any time. Email admin@agenticcloudllc.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You may also ask us to restrict processing or to provide your data in a portable format.
